PreTrade Account Deletion Request

You can request permanent deletion of your PreTrade account and all associated data at any time.

If you would like your PreTrade account and associated data permanently deleted, please send an account deletion request email to:

info@creativefxbm.com

Use the same email address that you used to register your PreTrade account.

Once your request is received, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data that will be deleted includes:
• Account information
• Trade journal entries
• Planner data
• Dashboard statistics

If you only want to remove stored trade data without deleting your account, you can use the “Clear All Data” option inside the app in settings.
